very cute and sturdy
This has some heft to it. more than I expected. I'm using it as a body for a 1/3 scale toddler to go with my larger 1/3 scale dolls. The body with only the neck peg, it stands about 6.5" or about 16.5cm with the head I'm using it stands about 8.5" or about 21.6cm.

Larger version of the 1/12 body - no extra detail
First of all, I am a big fan of YMY doll bodies. I've bought the 1/12 size bodies for rebodying "Chelsea" and "Kelly" doll heads from Mattel (to give the dolls articulation). I think the body shape is great for toddlers. So I was curious to try out the 1/6 Big Pear Shaped Body.I admit I was a little disappointed to see that it is exactly identical to the 1/12 Pear Shaped Body. Because the surface is bigger, it looks very blank and plain - like it's missing details. This is especially true of the hands and feet. For example, there's no finger nail detail. Just finger shaped outlines.That said, this is the ONLY curvy 1/6 scale doll body that I know of on the market. It's a very cute, child-like shape that will look adorable on a "Blythe" doll head. However, it will be hard to find clothes for this chubby body, so get ready to sew.The height is more like 1/8 scale in my opinion. Similar in height to a Blythe doll body.Also, I wish this body came with different neck attachments like the smaller bodies do. I hope the S hook will work with "Blythe."I deducted 1 star for the lack of details on the body, and for the limited head attachments. Aside from that, I recommend the body. I will try to update this post when I put it on a doll.

Great plump body shape
This is an excellent made generic one/6 scale action figure/doll body would provide an excellent base for characters with less than hero body belts. Ideal for the penguin or boss hog type characters. Very well articulated and the joints are well constructed with tight smooth Articulation. Swap hands and feet can be added but are not included with this package. Also does not come with the head, FYI.

Great size and articulation
I got this doll to add to my collection of reference objects. Specifically, for cartoon and "mascot" style characters. This doll works extremely well for that purpose and is quite posable and articulate. Nothing surprised me. It's also of a nice substantial weight, which I appreciate. It does not feel hollow or chintzy.It's a niche recommendation, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use this for artistic purposes.

Big and cute!
Bigger than I thought it'd be, which is pretty nice actually. Poses well and holds the poses. The joints aren't too stiff. The only issue I've had is one of the magnets in the feet falling out, but some glue fixed that well enough. Now I need a head and some clothes for it

Easy to pose!
I got this hoping it would fit a head I already have by this same company. Unfortunately I didn't read the description where it stated it has an S hook for the head attachment. The head I have is mechanical attachment so it won't work for the body. My loss I guess. Anyway, the body is super easy to pose and stands on it's own. Not sure how well it will stay in poses once it has a head though. There is a magnet on the back for a tail (not included) Body is well made, and from experience with this brand it's easy to swap out hands and feet and the like.

Well-made
Silly me thought I was ordering a nendoroid-sized body. This is (as shown in the images) about 6.2in tall. Luckily, I make custom doll parts and I'm looking forward to making a head for this one! The articulation is quite nice, and although the included magnetic pad doesn't seem strong enough to keep the model upright, standing it body on a more powerful magnet has the desired stabilizing effect. Very cool improvements!

The body is nice and sturdy and has very good articulation. It looks like it is the same as their 1/12 scale body. It has magnets in feet and on the back for the tail. No tail, so I have no idea if it would support it, but small magnets in the feet do not do much more than hold that metal disk attached when you pick the body up. IThe magnets are way too weak to support the body at all.The head is to be connected with a hook, like bjd dolls, you need a head with a hole on the bottom, not the action figure type of the heads.I quite like the body.
