Good Bang For The Buck
The i3 processor is somewhat slow, but for light duty computing it gets the job done. Don't know why Asus ships a Win 11 Pro OS in S mode, but it can be changed. I can't comment on it's longevity, but I've had pretty good results from other Asus equipment. All in all, excellent in it's class.

Don't waste your money
The media could not be loaded. Spec-wise this laptop seems fine but this thing has the worst screen I've ever encountered in my life. It has side glow coming from all four sides. If you are perfectly aligned with the screen you can clearly see maybe the middle 1/3 clearly, if it's tipped forward slightly all you can see is white, tipped backwards it fades to black. I don't know how you can make a display so terrible and unusable and think people won't notice but Asus does. 0/5 Stars

Not bad, but could be better
I'm a student who bought this computer for student purchases, and after using it for about a week, I am satisfied. However, there are some caveats that I believe you should know before getting this. Just know that I am not a tech guru, so also take my word with a grain of salt.Pros:- Lightweight- Extremely portable- Good graphics (you can play Minecraft Java with little to no lag lol)- Fast and responsiveCons:- Gets greasy easily- Battery life is not the best, as it only lasts for 4-5 hours before needing to charge from 100%- While the number pad on the touchpad works, some numbers work better than others- The storage is not what is advertised, only about 475 GB, and some of that is taken up by Microsoft's bloatware so beware- The fan is running all the time- The camera is pretty low-qualityOverall, I would say that this computer is good if you plan on using it for academics/business purposes only because if you try to use this as your man computer you'll start to notice all these little flaws that may make you regret this purchase for a better performing one. All the accessories that it displays do come in the box, however, I have only used the mouse and it seems to be performing correctly, other than the fact that every time you shut the computer down, it will come up as a new Bluetooth device and you'll need to reconnect it. All in all, you get what you pay for

defective not charging
Returned for an exchange and still dealing with refund and fighting “restock “ fees and paid delivery
