Q: I need a set of adjustable weights so i can have 3 lbs and 5 lbs for each ankle. this is what my pt recommended. will one set adjust to both weights?

Q: No pics on wrist.. will they adjust small / tight enough to fit wrjst?

Yes, although you might have to remove one of the one-pound weights to accommodate the smaller diameter if your wrists are very small. They fit my wrists just fine.

Q: If you remove weights and then need to put it back on, do these weights fall out? or do they stay put?

Had a set for wrists for 10 months and one of the sand bags keeps falling out. Material that houses them loosens and tears from use over time.
