Natural mouth wash that actually has an effect
I'm copy-pasting my review from another listing of a single bottle of the exact same product:The flavour of this stuff takes some getting used to, as it's less "minty-fresh", and more "medicinal". That said, it's far from unpleasant. It's a curiously aromatic, slightly sweet flavour reminiscent of cloves. Importantly, it's not a strong taste at all. However, to me the important thing is whether it's effective at keeping my mouth healthy with a reduced list of synthetic ingredients. The taste is secondary. What I love about it, is it seems to have a breath-freshening/germ-killing and anti-plaque action without burning and stinging. Although it contains no fluoride, one of the herbal extracts ("Toothbrush Tree" or Salvadora) is reportedly beneficial to gum health and dental hygiene. I figure that as long as my toothpaste (usually Kingfisher but currently Tom's of Maine) contains some fluoride, this should be alright.I have noticed that this mouthwash sometimes forms "bits" that you can see in the sink when you spit it out. I have experimented and noticed that if I use it before brushing, there are more bits. After brushing, there are less. After brushing and flossing with a Waterpik, less still. From this, I can only conclude that it somehow loosens and coagulates with bacteria, tartar, and/or food-particles, allowing you to remove more than mere brushing and flossing alone. It therefore does indeed perform the modest list of claims it says on the bottle - and more.I want to use milder products with more natural ingredients in them. Many synthetics are of course perfectly safe - but we've evolved for a million years as a species in the presence of natural compounds that have undergone minimal processing. If we make use of these before needing to resort to synthetics, we're both minimising our environmental impact, and exposing ourselves to less things that we're simply not used to dealing with (on an evolutionary timescale). I could just be sensitive, but I came to this conclusion because I noticed that a lot of modern products either sting/burn, or dull my senses. Conventional toothpaste and mouthwash dry out my face around my mouth to the point that the skin is like bleeding sandpaper. I don't want to put something that has that effect inside my mouth!! In the search to find a gentle alternative that still keeps my gnashers strong and my breath like roses, I think I've found the best mouthwash in Sarakan.

Interesting flavour, quite sweet, great value
Interesting flavour, quite nice once used to it. Very sweet but nothing added. Bought multipack on offer so very good value for money. Small bottles, conscious of my plastic usage so would be good if larger bottles were available (almost finished one already and only been using for 1 week).

Great product
First mouthwash that does leave a nasty aftertaste, get a pleasant taste, use it before brushing and it helps and keep my mouth fresh, definitely buying again

It took me ages to find the right 'one' without all the nasties in like Fluoride and Alcohol etc
So after 2 years of using Sarakan Mouthwash I feel Im in a position to leave an honest and constructive review.First off I must say Im very health concious and keep a very watchful eye on what goes in my body. It took me ages to find the right 'one' without all the nasties in like Fluoride and Alcohol etc. After reading many reviews myself I came across sarakan mouthrinse which in my honest opinion ticks all the boxes. Here are a list of benefits Ive found since using Sarakan:- Fresher breath for longer, even when I wake up in the morning- Reduced dental work (in fact none!)- Whiter teeth- Improved sense of taste (This may just be me!)- Dislodges stuck food easily- Great taste (Im not sure why other people are moaning in the reviews)I go through around 2-3 bottles a month by myself using it twice a day. remember you don't need to have a full mouth of this stuff just enough to ensure a through rinse which in my case is 10-15ml.You will also notice as you are rinsing bits of food become dislodged from your teeth - this shows the truth magic and effectiveness of this mouthwash.I now buy 3 bottles every month without fail - The pinnacle of mouthwashes.

Great value!
Only mouthwash i can use that doesn’t irritate my gums and teeth. Gentle and not a strong mint flavour. I’ve bought this pack multiple times now and it’s great.

I hate mint flavoured toothpaste and mouthwash!!
It seems that most manufacturers toothpastes and mouthwashes have an overpowering mint flavour. Finding a toothpaste and mouthwash I like has been difficult. I've even resorted to my grandson's Hello Kitty Firefly melon flavoured mouthwash at times much to his annoyance. When I first tried it to be honest I wasn't entirely sure about it. Maybe because I had been used to the sweet fruity kids mouthwashes. But what I liked about it is that there are NO artificial colours. NO alcohol. NO fluoride. UNSWEETENED and has natural flavours of peppermint, clove and geranium, none of which are overpowering. It also has Extract from the 'toothbrush tree' (Salvadora persica). The flavour is clean with a slight mint flavour and the toothpaste is the same. Having recently recovered from Covid brushing my teeth wasn't exactly a priority so my gums started bleeding. Within a few days of getting back to my dental routine the bleeding is now only very slight. I really recommend both the mouthwash and toothpaste if you are looking for something a little more natural with a flavour that isn't overpowering.
