Works amazing as advertised. I have a low pile carpet with three dogs in the middle of shedding season. One of my dogs is a husky mix. Ive had this vacuum my house every single day for the first month I've had it. My house has never been cleaner. App is very simple to use and works incredible. The mopping function on this particular robot works well but don't expect a very deep clean. It takes off the surface grime which is nice. I didn't get this robot for my little bit of tile floor though. It does exactly what I wanted to do which is suck up dog hair. Great product and would definitely recommend.

I’m extremely happy with this vacuum. I previously had another one from Hoover and this Dream is so much better! The app is convenient and easy to use, it has different settings and cleaning options and the suction power is amazing! The vacuum works great on tile, hardwood floors and carpet. The mapping feature is very accurate, allowing the vacuum to easily and automatically clean every area of your home or selected areas. And I love the fact that it empties on its own! The mopping mode is also much better than on other robots and gets the job done. This little robot had mad my life so much easier and is a great value for the price!

Update: the customer service was finally able to straighten everything out. I now have a working bot. The mop part is meh just kinda wipes over floor. The vacuum sweep works great tho. I just straight up and set it to run and I don’t have to sweep my whole house.Do not buy this product. Product came damaged. Wouldn’t charge, I have reached out for support multiple times, at all different times. Each time “support is unavailable at this time” I am currently stuck with a piece of equipment that is junk.

Great robot! No remote, everything is run by the app. It is a very smart robot, it keeps my floors clean every day.

This is not a self-emptying mop. The dust side self-empties, but mopping requires filling and putting on the attachment. Unless you have an extensive household staff, this is insurmountable. The problem likely arises from the add showing the flow of dust emptying illustrated in blue, which most people understand to mean water. The app is clunky and won't connect. It does a fairly good job of suctioning. It doesn't avoid cords as well as one might hope. So far, using it without the app and without the mop, it cleans floor debris well.

I've used this for a couple months now about 3 to 5 days a week. It's done an amazing job. Much better than my preview 12 year old one. The mop function actually works better than i anticipated. The app works very well for the most part. My only complaint with the app is the areas that you want to exclude from cleaning can only go so small. So like if i want it to avoid a tiny area (like my spring door stops) i can't. If the unit bin gets too full before it goes back to the base to empty it might get clogged and you'll have to manually empty it. But this was only a problem when I first got it because I clearly wasn't vacuuming my home enough. Overall great value for the money. Would purchase again.

First the good. Simple to setup and does a pretty decent job vacuuming. Especially for including an auto-empty base, it's a great value!Now the bad. It isn't great if you have a large area to clean. The auto-empty feature does not automatically trigger when the vac gets full. It only empties at the end of a job, even if the onboard bin gets so full it becomes ineffective. Even if it returns to the base mid-job to recharge, it does not empty. Recharging is my 2nd complaint. It recharges VERY slowly, about 4 hours. That means if your area is big enough that it will need to recharge a few times, it will take most of the day to run the job, just because of the lengthy breaks to recharge.I also would not recommend using it as a mop. The mop is basically just a sponge snapped onto the bottom to check a box on the feature list. The implementation is so limited that I can't see it adding value for anyone.

The suction is great, and the dust collection bin is better than I thought. I can go many days which I don't know how many I think it's close to a week without touching anything. We have a couple of golden retrievers and lots of dog hair and it handles it so well. I love the fact that the roller is a rubber that doesn't get tangled up with hair. My first experience with dreame was the d9 model. I had it for couple of years and the only reason I needed to upgrade is because of silly me had the robot scheduled to vacuum everyday at the same time while I was gone. Apparently the dog decided to have an accident and then the robot vacuum dragged it all through the house. I cleaned it the best that I could but you can imagine. So I was ready to upgrade so I don't have to empty the bin anymore. I tried another brand and didn't like it because it didn't map the house well and couldn't find the charging station. The d10 is awesome and I'm so glad I have it
