Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 MK1, 14-inch FHD 1920x1080 Touchscreen Display Intel Core i7-8665U, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 4G LTE, USB-C, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

I have been using my used FZ-55 now for several weeks and I this is a marvelous laptop, the best I ever have owned. The brilliant screen is terrific outdoors. The processer is plenty fast for everything I do and, of course, it is an extremely rugged and well-built laptop. The xPak modular expansion options are really neat. I added a smartcard reader, and it took about a minute to install and worked without any fussing with drivers or settings. You can't go wrong with a Panasonic Toughbook, even a used one.But this review is really about the wonderful service provided by the seller. It is not very often you get more than is promised, but my FZ-55 came with two batteries, used, of course, but very good. Easily enough for a workday's use. This frees me from hauling around the charger (which, by the way, is the same spec and part number as used by my old CF-30 so I now have several as well as a couple of Lind 12-volt auto/boat/etc. adapters which all work with the FZ-55. Good for Panasonic!). It also came with the GPS chip built in, so it is great for turn-by-turn navigation if you need that. The case is in great condition.I had a small problem with my T-Mobile SIM card not wanting to connect and the vendor cheerfully and promptly took care of that by upgrading the Sierra wireless modem.Shame on me for not leaving many reviews. And the reviews I do leave tend to be critical, but when someone stands out from the crowd it is well worth noting. My experience with this vendor has been outstanding and well worthy of a five-star review.

I purchased a reconditioned Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 MK1. After opening the package i thought that there was a mistake, and I was shipped a brand new computer. Everything was perfect. Not a single mark or any signs of use. The display was perfect, bright and vivid. I had to reduce the brightness. The only thing I, did was to replace the SSD with a 1Tb drive for extra capacity.I am exceedingly happy with this purchase and fully recommend it.

Durability im hoping it lasts no dents scratches speakers could be better funtions work well no problems yet worth the money.

I know these are advertised as refurbished - but it looks brand new. This was a great investment since I travel and require a laptop on the road. This product is as exactly advertised and is working amazing! 10/10 for service and speed of delivery as well.

These laptops are junk. Someone is spray painting the front covers sliver. With a textured paint. Returned the first one and the second came the same way. I would look for a different seller!

Quality passed my needs , battery is good. Looks like what it is . And i got the right specs .
