Taste is pleasant and does have a calming effect. I take it directly without diluting it if my anxiety is bad. I add it to coffee sometimes to counterbalance the caffeine so I don't get jitters and it helps.

This chamomile extract seems to help me with falling asleep faster and staying asleep. I only take it when I'm having some trouble falling asleep, so I don't know what my response would be if I took it regularly as a supplement. I haven't noticed any unusual sleep activity, dreams, or side effects when taking the supplement. The taste is fine, a little sweet, not unpleasant. I take without diluting in water, although you can mix the dose with liquid if you prefer.

We've been using chamomile drops in our family for years, but this is my favorite brand we've tried yet. It lasts forever, and actually works. Whenever I forget to give a few drops to my toddler at bedtime, I notice later because he tosses and turns sometimes for well over an hour. These help him settle and fall asleep faster. I notice my husband and I toss and turn a lot less when taking these too. It helps clear my mind a bit even after a stressful workday. These are a fantastic deal and seem to last us quite sometime, even with daily use. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Love this for the kiddos to give something natural at night to help them sleep better. I also take it on occasion and it's been great to use!

Perfect for anyone who likes the taste of chamomile with a little sweetness. Provides just a little calm which is similar to the effects of a cup of chamomile tea in my opinion. Would recommend.
