Strong sedative effects compared to other sleep tea brands. This one has a lot more kick due to higher concentration of Valerian root. It also calms digestion down to help you sleep even better.

Works great! Definitely can taste the lemon grass I add decaf raspberry tea and it makes the flavor a lot better!
