Coffee great
This coffee is great. Friend gave my daughter a box of the Bacha in single cups box. I tried it and liked it and since I like to ground my own bean. It is great and has a smooth taste.

6 ounce is not much coffee, but it is so good
So good but so expensive for so little coffee. 6 ounces does not last and the near 50 bucks is hard to justify.Give us a bag and 12 ounces and I would never buy another type of coffee again

Very mild flavor
I chose to order the 'El Flamingo Coffee' as the description stated it is organic.Upon receiving the item, there is nothing on the packaging to indicate that is true. Not a great start.Upon opening the coffee beans I couldn't help but notice there is no smell... unless I literally place my nose right up against the container. Maybe the batch I received is older or the seal was not working prior to shipping? I did notice that the insert was not in place upon opening. However, I am able to secure it on where it takes pretty good force to get it off. Not sure how that happened.I ground the beans to a medium-fine size and used filtered water making one individual 12oz cup of coffee. For reference, I drink my coffee black. This coffee is listed as medium, but I found it very mild in flavor. Even so, I did find that it does what coffee is supposed to do and gave me a bit of a jump-start to my morning. Very easy to drink quickly... not sure if that is good or bad, LOL!At the time of ordering this was priced at $42. I can appreciate that this is a single source coffee. However, not being organic and not having a 'wow' factor while drinking... well, I can not say that it would be worth that price point. As a daily coffee drinker, I am sorry to say that I was underwhelmed...

Bacha coffee that smells and tastes so good
I normally do not buy coffee beans, but I decided for a change, to get beans. I got the Nairobi Rain flavor of Bacha coffee. I like to try different coffee flavors and even though the price is a little high, the tastes warrants the price. This coffee is made from African and South American beans with notes of chocolate, spice and smells so good. It is a medium dark roast, so it is smooth, not harsh tasting and I really enjoyed it.The coffee comes in an 8.5 oz tin, that is suitable for gift giving. So, if you want to give a special gift, to a coffee lover, or treat yourself, Bacha coffee may be for you.

Great flavor, but for a high price
I tried the Yirgacheffe Heirloom. The beans arrived fresh in an impressive looking tin. The flavor is exceptional and fragrant, but the price is kind of high. If you are okay with the price, then it's definitely worth getting. For me, this will be more of a special occasion coffee reserved for brewing with a nice dessert instead of a "wake me up" coffee in the morning.

Not the same as the original
I recommend against purchasing this coffee from this seller. I suspect it may not be the original Bacha Coffee. My husband and I first tried Bacha Coffee from a Bacha store in Singapore and absolutely loved it. Based on that experience, I ordered the same product from this seller on Amazon. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was disappointing. The packaging looked slightly different from the original, and it wasn’t sealed properly. Even more concerning, the aroma was noticeably weaker than the one my husband brought back—it simply didn’t have the same richness or quality.Something feels off, and I would advise others to buy directly from trusted sources or official stores to ensure authenticity.

Smells and tastes amazing, whole beans to boot!
I don't drink a huge amount of coffee, but I do like nice coffee - I also have several people in my life who are absolutely in love with coffee and can be pretty picky, so I know what to look for.Straight out of the gate, this packaging is really nice. It would look wonderful as a gift and would also continue to look great even after the coffee has been completely consumed. I could easily see this turning into someone's treasure box. It's the type of thing I'd have loved as a kid or teen. My only note with the packaging is that it's not really geared towards long term storage. The listing says that this is airtight, but I could easily smell the coffee when I took this out of the Amazon packaging. A proper, fully airtight container will not leak scents. Still, this will likely only be a concern for someone who is looking to store this over a very long period of time or in a freezer. If you are looking to use this right away, this will be perfectly fine for that.Taste-wise, this is amazing. It definitely has the fruity and nutty flavor, but I could also pick up little hints of chocolate here and there. This would absolutely be wonderful as an after dinner brew, possibly paired with some dessert! It's something that I would definitely recommend to someone who is more new to coffee, as it's smooth and easy to drink while having a bit of a kick to it. This is also whole bean, which makes me happy - the freshness and quality lasts longer when it's whole bean, so if you are planning on making this last, this will help.Price-wise, this is going to make the average person boggle at bit at the cost. However at the same time, this isn't unusual for higher end coffee - and this is definitely better than your average bagged coffee at the grocery store. I wish I'd thought to check if the manufacturer was offering the Blue Mountain coffee - there are several different versions of that, but the true real deal, high end version of that can go for astronomical amounts due to its quality and rarity. If it was anything like this, it was probably sublime. What also contributes to the cost is that this is a known brand - you can look it up and easily find information about it, notably that it's a higher end coffee shop. What I'm saying is that yes, this is expensive but you are paying for quality. The box is also a bit nicer so that probably contributes to it as well.
