This leek soup is lovely. Struggle to find in supermarkets, good value.

A useful soup
A nicely balanced soup which I have also used as the basis for something more subetantial by adding potatoes and other vegetables. Useful as the basis of a quick tasty sauce when thickened. This is the nicest that I have tried in the Knorr range if still a little salty. It has however been subject to very noticeable price fluctuation (usually upwards, up 20% in five years to 2025) though, while it might not represent the cheapest option, it is of considerably better quality than Knorr's larger "professional" bucket and other similar rival brands of powdered soup.

The best soup
Can't buy this anywhere else , it's the best soup, so easy to make and delicious. Whole family love it.
Whisk 75g of soup mix into 850ml of boiling water. Return to the boil, whisking occassionally. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
