For the price, this doorbell is ideal for our needs, easy setup and holds battery for longer than I imagined.If you need the extras, like watching videos you have to subscribe to an online storage, but the price is reasonable, it's something I don't need so haven't subscribed myself.Overall I would recommend as an alternative to a Ring doorbell.

So I bought 2 devices for my front and back garden to then find out you have to pay over £30 to pay for the storage for 6 months but this is for each device or £72 for up to 10 devices for the year there's no monthly option so works out cheaper to buy a more expensive brand and these stop sending notifications after not even a day of use so it was a pointless purchase the chime plugs don't work unless u keep resetting them and there's a massive lag when someone does press the doorbell that's if it tells you at all which it's rare they do so don't waste your money opt for a higher brand that has a cheaper storage option I'm so angry and sending these crappy things back it's disgusting how much they charge and for them to not really work anyways yes the camera is good and also the night vision but there honestly not worth the money it's not just 1 device that doesn't work properly it's both! Update these are jot disabled friendly at all they give you the tiniest pin to have to try and pray they thing off the wall not stick in a hole no try to lift it off with a sharp pin how ridiculous when a clip in holder could of easily been done and still cheap to make so now I have 2 cameras that not only don't work properly but now I can't charge as I have rheumatoid arthritis and can't use my hands properly I'm honestly so angry and upset these do not even deserve a 1 star so don't waste your money they end up been very expensive compared to others that you can use a sd card with

So worth the money if you haven’t got one yet and sceptical try this one it’s a great product and the price is brilliant I’m astonished it’s as good as it is I brought two as we have a large property so got one on side door and one on front door only grumble I got you can’t have two products on one storage subscription so gave to pay for two

Really happy with this purchase! The video is super clear, even at night, and the AI does a good job spotting people without going off for every car or pet. Setup was easy, and the included chime is loud enough to hear anywhere in the house. Love the two-way audio too it’s handy for talking to delivery folks. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the cloud storage costs extra. Still, great value overall!

I now have 2 of these types of doorbells and they are fantastic. Can't believe the price. I would upgrade to the cloud storage if they did an offer to link both. Still great without the storage, though.Setup and app are straightforward with clear instructions.Motion detection works every time and super clear picture. Night vision is clear too.I feel much more secure now. I'm actually just using one as a security camera in the window.Battery life is good. Lasts over a week. I did have a little problem once and the battery was draining in a day but I reset it and it's fine now. Glad I didn't have to return it.Nice loud chime that has a built in plug so no need for an additional USB plug like I needed on my last one.Definitely recommend.

It works ok, there’s a bit of a delay when tested on high speed internet, but rebooting the router could help. The deal breaker is that you can only connect one mobile phone to the device. We tried adding more than one phone and every time, one of them was disconnected. It has been returned as it doesn’t meet the needs of our householdOn the positive side, it’s inexpensive, was easy to set up and camera and chime work well

In theory a good doorbell however it keeps going offline despite having very good internet signal and being placed near the router. Not very good if you are going away and then your device is offline. When it does work the picture is clear and has good motion detection. Not sure how to solve the issue with the device going offline though as it is pretty useless if not connected to the internet as the doorbell doesn’t work either.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I’m so impressed with this product that I’m writing this.The product is very good quality and well manufactured. The installation was relatively straightforward, I had to double check the instruction manual several times (I’m aged 78) but within an hour it was up and running. I noted that some previous reviews had been critical of battery life but there are some options to tweak the settings, sensitivity etc to prolong the battery life. I find it fascinating, like a new toy and I’m confident that this will provide extra security for my wife and I.
