This kit is a great value. It comes with all the necessary tools to make a sourdough starter. This is a quality product! This is a must have for anyone wanting to venture into the world of sour dough bread making.

I started my sourdough journey about a month ago using this starter equipment. It's super great and easy for beginners. The only thing I would change is the rubber spatula, it defintiely did rip and break from the tip, so I would just use another rubber spatula, or use a wooden one the least. otherwise, it got me up to speed with other sourdough creators on Youtube and TikTok !

some of the items are great some are so-so. I like the jar but the band that goes around it is too big just falls off unless its at the top part of the jar. I like the bowl and cover as well. the scraper and the silver cutter? with red handle not sure what its called but people use it to cut their dough in half, both are great. I like the narrow spatula as well. Have not used the whisk yet as I already had the dough made when I got the package. the razor/handle is not fun to use. also haven't used the silicone sheet/round thing yet. I'm overall happy. I really wanted the bowl, jar, whisk and a couple other little things so I am pleased

This tools in the kit are great but the recipe is an utter failure. Definitely Google sourdough bread recipes!
