Great moisturizer

Pump is useless

Pump will not release. Cannot use unless he unscrews the entire pump mechanism and tube attached to get to the cleanser. Such a mess and waste.

Pump will not release.

I bought this for my husband. It just got it delivered. The pump will not pop up. He tried it different way and so did I to get it to work.Not sure about how the product works but the bottle is not making easy to use.
