very good indeed but check the sizes, they are very big for domestic use.
these were purchased after a great deal of thought and research. when the box came I felt like mary poppins - each pan that came out had a bigger one underneath ! the two biggest pans are HUGE ! I use the middle one for daily use, it sits on my cooker permanently and it is the best pan I have ever used. it cooks gently and evenly and my vegan stews, curries, chillies come out perfectly everytime and the vegetables and grains stay in one piece as the food cooks so evenly I don't have to stir it hardly at all, put it on low and leave it there. also like slow cooking but in an open pan. these pans are also very light despite being so large, so many pans are so heavy I cant even lift them empty let alone if they had food in.highly recommend these pans
