Good product,good music quality,and connectivity ins so excellent 👍, Average mic 🎙️ good for casual gaming but not for serious gaming over-all this is a good product 💯💯👍

Not that good speakers and not that comfortable. Bring back Equinox Polaris or other older ones. At same price they were wired but way more comfortable and ergonomic and better sound quality. I had one of them for 2-3 years and I had no complaints.They refused to repair my one side speaker and they don't sell those anymore and I had to settle for this.They put so many different connectivity features here that basic things are neglected. Apart from comfort and sound quality, even the volume button doesn't interact with PC/smartphone volume anymore. It's just increasing and decreasing the headphone volume which comes in cheap headphones under 1500. Now I have to set headphone volume and device volume separately just like I used to do 10 years ago. RGB has only on/off option. Can't even select one particular color. The Mic doesn't have any indicator to let me know if it's muted or not. I'd say it's a major downgrade in all angles except for connectivity.Apart from all above, the controls for play/pause, mode, next/prev all are confusing and I have to think 5 secs before clicking.Edit After using it for 7 days: I noticed the battery doesn't even last that long. It says it should last for 40 hours. May be that's with RGB off, there's nothing mentioned anywhere. Assuming that, with RGB on, I expect it to last for atleast 20 - 25 hours. But it lasted only for average 10 hours or less. I use it for 2 - 4 hours everyday. I thought it should go 10+ days easily. But I charged twice in a week. Every 2 - 3 days it needs charging. There's no indicator or anything so that I can know how much battery it has left. I bought it for my PC, I connected with 2.4GHz. There's no app or anything that tells me about the battery. Only if I connect with bluetooth I'll get to know. I don't want to do that much hassle. I just want to play my games peacefully without listening a voice saying low battery in the middle of an awesome fight.That volume wheel doesn't have any friction or clickiness. It just rolls like a wheel without any resistance. Because of that and the position they've given it it often rolls by mistake while putting on. Then I'm like why is the volume so low, I increase the PC volume and sound is still really low before I realise it's the headphones.And when I use it for like 2 hours or more my ears are starting to pain. The cups are not comfortable at all.This is the worst product Cosmic Byte created and I'm changing the rating to 1 star from 3. The problem is just because they want to sell this, they stopped producing their other great models from equinox series and even stopped reparing them. So that we'll be forced to buy this.And I don't have any other options where I get a good headphone that's comfortable and has RGB that goes with my awesome Desktop.Anyways thanks to Amazon, I'll be replacing this once to check the battery issue. If it's the same then I'll be returning this. I'm glad I was skeptical about this product, so instead of buying from cosmic byte directly which I usually did for my previous headphone, mouse or keyboard(Which were great by the way), I bought from Amazon with 400 extra so that I can return easily without any hassle.Edit: The replacement has the exact same battery and same issues. So I think all of them are same. The model itself is bad. Anyways, Thanks to Amazon, I got full refund. That's why I do not buy from company websites, even if they cost less, because you won't get refund when you don't want the bad product.

Great design. Good performance. Good sound quality. Budget friendly.

The good things -1. Detachable mic makes it easy to store and carry without having to worry about the mic bending too much since you can store them separately.2. Earmuffs are comfortable enough.3. Tri mode connectivity makes it versatile - I use the dongle for gaming as that gives least latency, bluetooth for work calls to minimize what I carry, and if the battery ever dies down in the middle of a game then I use it with the charger attached!The not so good things -1. Not the best for music, too much bass for me and that takes away from vocals for some songs.2. Not great for using for more than 2-3 hours continuously as it starts weighing down on you and makes the neck hurt.3. Bulky, very bulky. Not too heavy to carry around, but definitely takes up space.4. Mic itself is not the best, I often have to bring it really close to my mouth and speak a little louder to make sure I'm audible.Another thing worth noting if you're going to use it for gaming, my friends say they've noticed I hear sounds a few seconds later than them. Could be something else too but could be this too lol.

Overall usage is good and easy features. Quality of sound is good. Just a little high voice is what I expect. Netflix at 70 on TV and full on headphone is working. Rest everything fine.

Giving my review in 2 days reviews, i bought it for professional use like to online class and mostly for song, because i big song enthusiast, So sound quality is bad litterly there is little sensation of bass and that's it no premium feel, i used to use Wings phantom which was around 900 rupess that was great comparing to this but this headphone doesn't have good crisp of sound like treble bass clearity many aspects in it. they are charging 2600 for this quality is pathetic. So my advise is if u want bluetooth + dongle + aux and basic sound quality mic is good not great u can take it .. overall decent quality and note u will full sweat in ears if like use it for 2 to 3 hrs

Battery VERY POOR.They say 30-40 hrs depending on RGB usage, but without RGB its working for 10-12 hrs MAX. Very Stereo sound, not so good for gaming. Sound is also low compared to other headphone in same price range.Good part is Mic voice quality is good. Product quality is good. Wireless Latency is actually good, even for gaming.

Bought it 4 months ago ,in December I faced issues with left side sound panel in headphones later on charging issue came up then I applied for warranty on 15 or 16 dec later on 30 th dec they recieved my headphones then they told me it will take 6 to 10 days to revert back on 6th day I asked for update they said still in process thanks for patience ,today is 10th day still not recieved any mail or reply on my ticket portal
