Very nice!
I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Everything works as described. Honestly, if this is a truly renewed product, it wasn't used for very long before being traded in. I would dare say that this machine is new. The battery life is exceptional. The screen is a force to be reckoned with.. I haven't had to turn it up past the lowest setting unless using it during the day at work. This machine handles tasks well.. even multitasking. Very fast and efficient laptop. If anything changes I will update this review.Update, 01/21/2023: I must say that after a few days of this little guy being a daily driver I am nothing short of amazed. Perhaps I could feel this way because I've used a chromebook for the past two years and a Dell Latitude 7404 before that with an old intel core i5 w/8gb of ram running windows 10 pro? All I really do is Media/music/simple web browsing, occasional shopping and cloud based EMS software/apps for work and am the polar opposite of a "power user" who plays games and does host of other high demand things.. but nevertheless, for those activities that I engage in with my trust sidekick here, it has been a world of difference from what I am used to. I'm still learning the layout of Windows 11 (it upgraded for free the day after I purchased this laptop) but have not had a bad experience or any trouble yet. Very much worth it at this point. As far as I'm concerned, for my little world, worth its weight in gold! As always.. I will update with any more good news and/or mishaps. God bless.. :)

Two nonfunctional ones in a row
I was excited about this computer because of the low price and the good specs. It didn't bother me that it was refurbished because I have had descent success with refurbished in the past. The FIRST ONE I had a NON-FUNCTIONING CAMERA. When we were setting up the computer for face recognition, all it showed was snow where the picture was supposed to be. We confirmed it by going into the camera program and it also showed snow and no picture. The computer also had a large dent on the front corner where it had obviously been dropped hard. Not exactly what I would call "excellent condition". We contacted Amazon (5 stars for Amazon for their customer service) for a replacement and they gave us a pre-paid return shipping label and shipped a new one. Really painless. The SECOND ONE that we received had a column of KEYS THAT DIDN'T WORK (8ik,). This is a common way that laptop keyboards fail. At that point, it seemed obvious to me that the company selling these computers has some QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES. These are not hard to find issues if they had actually checked the computers. I don't mind testing computers (I've done all things computers for many years), but I shouldn't be somebody else's free tester.I decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. But the seller sent me a POSTAGE REQUIRED shipping label. I had two bad computers sold to me. I should not have to pay the shipping for the company's mistake! I tried multiple times for two days to call the company to try to resolve this, but the PHONE WAS ALWAYS BUSY. That doesn't give me a lot of confidence in this company. They are either overwhelmed with customer complaints or don't have good customer service. In the end, I ended up paying to send it back.I'M NOT BUYING AGAIN from this company. In my opinion, you are better off doing what I did and paying $100 more to buy it from Best Buy where the quality control is better.

Very pleased with this purchase. Worthy successor to Spectre
Bought this machine to succeed my beloved Spectre with a 6th gen i7. As a renewed item, it is nearly perfect, with only the tiniest nick where you don't see it. The machine specs exceed it's predecessor by a healthy margin, the screen is bigger in a very similar body size, and the performance is great!Being a business machine, it lacks a micro-SD slot, but it does come with a fingerprint sensor which works nicely to log in with. The keyboard is fabulous, the touchscreen is beautiful, and the touchpad perfect. And the sound is WOW for volume and clarity. And they put the power key on the left edge where it belongs, and NOT on the keyboard where the delete key belongs. The charger is just weird - a black box with a 4 foot long fat wire attached to the middle of one edge and another slightly less fat 4 foot wire coming out at the middle of the opposite side. Not sleek or easy to pack up. Wouldn't have been a design I'd be really proud to create, but it works and charges quickly. Charging is USB PD -I think 65 watts. This machine was a great value, coming in at 1/3 the cost of my last machine. The company that supplied it packaged it well and got it to me 2 days ahead of estimate arrival date (hooray!)No complaints or regrets! I'd get another one if I had a reason.
