Great product and value

Bought this to use as a "warming oven" for holding a brisket for 12 to 24 hrs after smoking. Works Great.The only con I have, is that the actual temp does not match the dial settings temp, I had to use a temp probe inside the cooker to find where the dial needs to be for 150F.. Once I found the spot, I took a marker and marked the spot which is why below what the dial said 150F should be. Other than that, it works great as a mini holding oven

I bought these when we needed to cook two Turkeys for thanksgiving and it worked out perfectly. I would recommend preheating a day or so before your event since there is an odor that is a little unpleasant when using for the first time. It did dispensate before I put the turkey in but luckily it was a nice day so all my windows were open. The time was pretty accurate and I used the liners that I bought separately so clean up was an easy.

This product is great for large size meals, would recommend it.

We got this for jarring tomato sauce from our garden. It worked well the first two times but then we noticed the paint peeling on the inside! Also each time we used it it was impossible to get jr clean… vigorously scrubbing wouldn’t help nor would soaking it in hot af soapy water. We chucked it out tonite, not worth the $100 at all.

The Roaster is nice but it does get really hot on the outside so must be careful where you place it.
