I tried another best seller before this one and that didn't work due to blocking one air vent. The best thing about this is being exclusively designed for cx5 and you still have all buttons and air vents fully functional. It fits solid but in rough roads makes minor noises. Position is great and you'll have full access to vehicle screen. It works good for phones with thick cases, however it becomes unasble if you have something like popsocket on your case. I thought it is made of metal, but unfortunately it is made from plastic, hopefully it does not break! 4star is fair in my opinion...

This product fits perfectly in the CX 5. It was easy to install and held the phone securely. However, after 4 months it broke. The piece that connected to the holder snapped off. I really like the product and wish that it had lasted longer.

Very easy to install even without instructions. It has taken big bumps but stays on. The base just snaps in place around the Hazzard button.It will take a few minutes to get the resistance right so that the phone doesn't flop over. Very good design.
