Very good for laser welding. I use these daily and they have great visibility. The laser puddle is a good color that doesn't strain my eye.

Great little welding glasses, they do the job when you don’t want the hassle of a welding mask.

In terms of a super dark safety glasses, these are fine. They seem to be a clone of a UVEX style and fit well. They are dark enough to use for torch work but not arc welding. They also are fine for an eclipse once it gets started. Perhaps I misinterpreted the description, but I was hoping these would fit over prescription glasses. They do not.I keep them on my welding cart to use in a pinch or if someone else needs them. I would recommend these if all you are looking for is a rated shaded safety glasses.

Excellent for plasma cutting, oxy/ acetelyne cutting and anywhere you need shade 5. Very clear no distortion. Excellent wrap around protecting the eyes. The green tint is very clear with zero distortion. I will always have a pair of these in the shop and on my welding rig

Using for batting into the sun to see when looking straight into the sun… great option and still has a bit of a sporty look
