I love this soup to help with my digestion. It is a great alternative to a cup of coffee in the morning, helps get my day started without any midday slump.

This is what was on the bottom of the broth box package (see picture).This is a non-returnable item so into the trash it went. I don’t need to digest known cancer chemicals!

I also take some packages with me on trips and always when I’m trying to lose weight, support my hair, skin and nails or detoxing.; I always add a pinch of baking soda and a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar for more health benefits.
