Not to be eaten as they come in the package
I was under the impression that the seeds could be eaten just like they came. They are rock hard and need soaking for at least 24 hours to be used either in cooking or in salads etc. So my 4stars are only because I expected something different and has nothing to do with the quality of the item. Now I will use them in very small batches for my birds and make sure that they sprout first.

Happy :)
Happy with this buckwheat and I like that it is not from China but Europe. I soak about 50g every day for the next morning to reduce oxylites, then rinse, cook with water for 15 minutes and blend for my morning porridge, adding some cinnamon or banana, rice or oat milk and some cacao or carob. Very satisfying.

Brought by mistake
Brought instead of puffed and the instructions are for a foreign measurement so it's complicated to know how to cook
