The anti-snoring effect is quite good.
The product works really well. My partner used it last night, and I didn't hear any snoring, so I could also sleep well.

It works, but...
I had the feedback that I stopped snoring from the first night I started using it. We are now 2 months further and it's literally falling apart.It's very difficult to keep clean and can make it unpleasant to use.The size is also very bulky and not that comfortable when you first out it in your mouth.Whilst it does work, I think I will look at alternatives to replace the current one.

Great at reduced snoring
Snoring reduced dramatically, from 5 snores/hour to no snores at all (app sleep watch). Uncomfortable at first, but on the second night feels better. Easy to set up. Teeth feels like after using retainer, your teeth like pressed all night. Mouth dry in the morning because cannot fully shut (got protruding front teeth)
