Does this come with everything the new one has to convert the sport to two speed?

Yes it comes with the two speed gears pre installed and the two speed fork and shaft for the shift servo but you will need to buy a servo and mount to operate it. beware: the metal spur gear is very loud compared to the stock one I run the plastic gear because it cuts down on noise. Will this fit the trx4 sport?

Yes,but make sure grease all gears. I found it a little dry

Does this fit the TRX4 k 10 high trail?

Absolutely and it's a fantastic transmission less play and less noise than stock I believe they are even hardened metal gears not the Traxxas "metal"
