Comfortable
All the other flanges snag my skin as I try to put them on. The silicone rim on these stopped that and made pumping less of a pain.

Great! But edge can disform
Having the correct flange size makes all the difference! Total game changer. These worked great for months, I mostly hand washed and occasionally sanitized in a silicone microwave bag. The last time I sanitized it I got busy and left it in the bag where it cooled (rather than pulling it out immediately to dry on a towel) and the edge got a bit mishapen. Not a big deal, but I’ll try to be more prompt from now on.

Comfy flange
I’ve struggled to find a comfortable flange that doesn’t leak and is comfortable for pumping multiple times a day. I have found it! Super comfy and fits my Medela pumps great

Do not work with medela
They do not attach properly to my Medela pump!

Might not be good for large breasts
I bout these for the Medela hand pump , as I needed a smaller flange size. They are not very comfortable and dont hold the breat in position well without a pumping bra. It might depend on breast size, and smaller breasts might do well.There aren't many other vendors offering the product, so I am glad to do offer extended sizes for pumping mommas.
