Panax gensing is really a miracle supplement when used for hair, been using this shampoo everyday for 2 months and I have noticed my hair has become more manageable and thicker. Will definitely buy another bottle once I finish the first one.5 stars

The shampoo just feels expensive and it even comes out golden color with shimmer. It was a wonderful experience using it and a little bit went a long way and you could just feel it moisturizing your hair. I’m excited to see what it does to my hair long-term, but I am more than happy so far.! Very luxurious shampoo and I’m hoping it helps with my hair thinning because the ginseng is supposed to help with that

So far, so good. One thing to note: the bottle instruction tells you to wash your hair twice each time...that is completely unnecessary. Also, a little bit of this shampoo goes a long way, and it's a large bottle, so don't let the price discourage you.

I used this 3 times and each time it increased hair loss. I just stopped using it and my hair loss stopped. Not sure if the product gone bad (didn’t smell bad or looked bad) or the ingredients don’t utilize red ginseng’s hair loss prevention trait. Or it’s a sham - don’t know, either way not using the product anymore

For itchy scalp and thin hair. 730ml (24.68 fl. oz.)Korean products are all the craze these days, and their ginseng hair cleaning product is no exception, so I had to try this shampoo concentrate for itchy scalp. I had expected this shampoo to have the earthy smell of ginseng (if any of you out there have ever used ginseng-infused products, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about), but instead, I was pleasantly surprised that this shampoo is masked with a light floral scent.I ordered this a month ago and have consumed the entire bottle. As far as performance goes, this shampoo lathers quite well. From an effectiveness standpoint, it delivered as promised! My hair has not itched with regular use of this shampoo, and it left my hair feeling soft even without using a conditioner!Shampoo's like cosmetics is a huge hit and miss because everyone's chemical make up is different. So just because it worked out for me, it doesn't mean it'll work out for you. So I'm going to try to give you a bit more details about me. I'm lucky enough to not have any allergies and most beauty and cosmetic products have no effects on me. I have thick long hair that is naturally wavy (when wet). My hair is not coarse, but does dry out, so I never use a hair dryer.Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. The cost is less than your salon shampoos, and you get the benefit and luxury of a Korean hair product with natural ginseng extracts (among many other ingredients, of course.) The directions tell you to double shampoo, but I only did that for the first couple of washes to thoroughly ensure I cleansed my hair of all the impurities. From there, I only shampooed once for maintenance.

I love the smell of this shampoo, it has quickly become my new favorite scent! It cleans really well too, even with a small pump and lathers really nicely in my hair. The bottle is good too—it's a good size, the pump works well and just has a really clean and nice design. But the bottle won't really mean anything if the product within isn't any good. Which so far, it has been great. My hair feels really healthy, it feels and looks really full after each wash, and it seems to also just look healthier too.

For the first few washes I followed instructions, shampooing twice. After a while I reduced it to once. It left my hair so soft and shiny!After about 20 days suddenly my scalp was itchy. The next day it was SUPER itchy. I returned to my old shampoo and the itchiness was reduced considerably, and by the second wash it was gone completely. There are a lot of ingredients in this that I suspect could have triggered it, but I've never had issues with them before, so maybe it's the concentration or combination that did it.This really left my hair and scalp lovely at first, so I'm going to plan on using it intermittently to keep it soft and clear. Also, I'm not sure if it was coincidental, but there was less hair caught in the drain while using this shampoo. I really can't say for sure if the shampoo was the cause.Overall I like this shampoo quite a bit, but won't be using it as my primary shampoo due to the itching after prolonged use.
