Beachy fun
we have had ours for a while now. We use it in the southwest florida beaches all the times. WE LOVE IT. It will stand a pretty fair amount of wind. Not high wind speeds. Nothing will withstand the big storms that come through. If yours is not staying up in little wind then you are not setting it up correctly. Fill all 4 sandbags. Put up all the poles and stakes, ropes and ties. It’s very easy to set up. We can do ours together in about 5 minutes set each end like a teepee (opposite angles). . All 4 sides. We are sitting on the beach now and it is windy about 11mph today. I as a woman could do it myself. We love it so much we recently purchased another one for when our big families come down. Great great product.

Useless, Worthless, Don't buy this!
This thing is horrible. Hardware included is cheap plastic junk, screw-type pegs are short and useless on the beach and the whole thing is odd to set up, it never kept consistent shade because of very slight breeze and it kept collapsing due to horrid misdesing. If you are going to get something like this, make sure it has two sand bags at each corner instead of one like this one. The only way to make this work is to tie the flimsy strings to the sand bag and that is still going to keep collapsing the canopy.Keep your money!

Gives us a reprieve from the hot Florida sun
We love this tent and it's exactly what we needed for sunny beach days! It's easy to get back and forth to the beach, easy to set up, even if it's just one person. Gives us a reprieve from the hot Florida sun. We've used it dozens of times over the last few years.

Quality
Holds well . Just dig a fair hole for the sands bags to be in and place the 4 support poles diagonal depending where the wind blows but honestly we had no issues

Truely dislike this
This was the biggest pain to deal with, especially if there is any wind at all, which there always is at the beach. I bought this because I thought it would be easy to assemble. I had seen other people on the beach using similar items and they seemed to work great. We frequent the beach and need a place to get out of the sun that's easy to carry and put up. We NEVER actually got this up. We read the instructions, other people on the beach attempted to help us...it never worked properly and never stayed up. We ended up getting frustrated with it and giving up and putting a small umbrella up we had instead. The material is lightweight, and I wonder if maybe that's why it had so much problems staying up. We attempted on a regular type of beach day after we failed on a windy day and still couldn't get the thing to work properly. It has been a waste of money, honestly. And part of the material where the sandbags are is already starting to tear. I cannot vouch for the sun protection as we never got it to stand on its own and weren't able to use it. It's almost like this thing needs a frame up top to properly align it. Otherwise, it wants to flop all over and then fall over. The poles just don't seem adequate to hold it up.

Worth the money!
We loved the shade provided by the Beach Tent. It was relatively easy to set up and created a comfortable area to take a break from the Texas sun. Once we understood the process of setting up it was easy to put it back up the next day. We did find that it would not withstand a Texas thunderstorm and calmly laid itself down to sit it out. Once home it was given a good spray with the hose, a gentle machine wash, air dried, and placed back in it's bag so it is ready for our next trip.
