Great Find!
Thank you for the great service! Product arrived perfectly packaged and as described by the seller. It is difficult to find Vitamin E in less than 100 mg. The Solgar Vitamin E is 67 mg that works best for me.

I don't notice a flavor
When available I buy the two pack for the value. I've stayed with this particular brand of vitamin E because they are easy to swallow and are available in 100 IU. I've been taking E for years to complement another supplement but I'm always mindful of the mg and IU of vitamins and supplements/wary of 'mega-doses'.

Great...
I have been at this game for decades and always research a lot when I try something new. I take about 20 supplements a day. I used to take 400 IU of Mixed Tocopherol Vit. E and reduced that to 200 IU several years ago but the research kept saying you don't really need this. I finally found this so I could still take a small amount without the worry of anything else....

Can space a couple through out the day
Easy to swallow.Am taking one with two different meals during the day.I have severe EPI & need to supplement. This is a lower dosage than I took first half of year, but I'm thinking 2/day is more absorbable.

Glad to find the 100mg as that is what my doctor recommended.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
It’s difficult to quantify the effect of any vitamin. That said this seems to be a quality product and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase these again. I also like the fact the dose is low because some studies have shown that long term use of a high dose of vitamin e (400 IU) can be detrimental to a man’s health.
