Pros:Value for moneyPortableAdjustable, (number of springs used)StrongCons:Handles are smoothHandles are small if you want to hook your feet through themThis item is very handy for my purposes, (putting in my rucksack for work/ trips away).5 springs are way too strong for me, ( and I suspect most of the population), and I can comfortably use 2 at present, 3 at push. I always wonder why they’re too strong, but I suppose you can regard the extra springs as spares, should you sprain them.The product description talks about using them with your foot hooked through for leg exercises, but the handles are a tad small and smooth and it feels a bit unsafe unless the arch of your foot is over it.An exercise leaflet would have been helpful, but overall good for the expenditure.

The media could not be loaded. The chest expander came with a missing metal rod on one side of the expander the metal rod was missing so it cannot be used it's not in working condition. The metal rod is missing on one side it cannot be used because it has missing parts. I'm very disappointed I'm not satisfied.

I got this as a carry on film gadget.its so old fashioned but it does the job.

Love the fact that once you clip it all together, it works amazing! If you want it to be easier I found taking the two middle springs out then working your strength up. Then I put the two middle springs back in.

Saw Alex Leonidas using a chest expander (watch his videos for exercise ideas) and if it's good enough for him then thought I'd try it out. Suprisingly verstaile, buy ironically pretty useless for the chest. This one is is sturdy enough, does the job but wont last forever. Gave me rear delt soreness like I'd not had in a long while. Great for triceps too. Can be used for other muscle groups but too but that's what I use it for. I have pretty well equipped home gym but this has quickly become of my regularly used items for its ease of use, quick set up and can be used to target muscles in different ways than your used to. For a tenner highly recommended. Much better strength curve than bands.
