Q: Is it white or warm white ?

The ones I have are warm white.

Q: I've had two of these blow in the last three weeks. They are only a few months old, and the pack states 15,000 hours of use, v poor. Anyone else?

We've had som go, and some of the standard philips bulbs too. But for the main they are OK. I think it has to do with how many times they are turned on.

Q: Can these be used in dimmer switches?

THESE BULBS ARE NOT DIMMABLE. The listing is extremely misleading as it says that they are. You have to download a pdf file for the full specs which confirms they are not dimmable.

I have already answered this question once. See "Fixture Features: Non-Dimmable" in the technical details. So Philips says they are non, dimmable, almost all the answers below concur and one guy say they are. That's not much of a conflict!
