I can't tolerate vitamin E supplements, but am a 45-year-old woman who needed more vitamin E for hormone balance. What a relief to find this. I've had no problems with it. Hormones do seem more balanced, skin looks better, and I think it's even made me feel better brain-wise. If you're at an age where you need help with hormone balance I also suggest the following: Nordic Naturals DHA, a high quality blackcurrant oil supplement, Naturemade multivitamin for Her. For me, calcium and magnesium are better had through food. But add those too if you're not getting enough.

This works well on my skin when apply it topically and wash it off in the shower. Skin looks and feels better for a few days afterwards. Sometimes I ingest the capsules. They seem to work well.

LOL, I have to say that I was taken back at first when I opened the package and saw the Standard Process Wheat Germ Oil name on the bottle, since I ordered Vit. E. However, I can understand why it was labeled as such, as there is more Wheat Germ Oil in it than Vit. E. Standard Process is a long standing quality company that I have used for many supplements, so I examined the ingredient statement more closely, and then became very happy that it turned out to be the Vit. E that I had chosen to purchase. So I'm commenting in case anyone else orders Vit. E and then without looking decides to return it thinking they received the wrong item.

I like the fact that I can just take a pill. The little seeds can be messy and can get stuck in teeth. I love that I can take a pill.
