Didn’t work for my husband. The sound quality is loud and harsh. There also seemed to be very little difference between minimum and maximum volume range. The earphones kept falling out of his ears. I didn’t send it back because it wasn’t worth the time. I thought it might be an inexpensive substitute for more expensive hearing aids, but it is not. Save your money.Edit: I was given a total refund for the purchase by the seller. It was a pleasant surprise to receive their response.

Yes what can you get for$ 50 these days?My hearing is severe. It been going bad along time. I've gotten by with cheap aids after my miracle ears quit. Tested at beltone and told they would give me a deal $5200 for there economy model. So like I said this hearing device is 10xs cheaper!My only complaint the ear piece, but for the money it's alright. Love it. Don't know how long will last?For now id give 4.4 stars
