I must say this is perfect for healthy cooking , does not require much oilAs a tip don’t use the vessel on high flame , it will spoil the food and might create harmful effects due to burn , very easy to clean and the weight is also such easy to handle , seems durable as well and definitely adds aesthetic look to your kitchen , size is decent for 2-5 people cooking portions

Very nice productProsThe size is huge like how i wanted for shallow fry.Also heat is evennly spread, yes it is little more in the centre but i could see the gravy boil on the sides too which means heat soreads to the sides.ConsThe centre is higher than the sides which doesnt make oil flow towards the food and mostly food comes off to the sides instead of collecting in the centre.
