Great find
I needed these peppers for a Ghanian recipe. I started using them more in various recipes. I like the slight citrus minty flavor they add to my fermentations and pickles. I like them cracked more then ground.Because they are not in my local shops, I was happy to find them here. A friend brought me some from Ghana this year.
