Pvolve P.3 Trainer- Home Gym Fitness Equipment Resistance Band with Ankle Strap and Weight System

I’m so excited to write this review. Ever since I saw it on IG, I wanted to attend a class and to buy the P3 trainer. Finally today I got it!!The “trainer” has two resistance bands (the black one is longer for stand up work outs, the white band is shorter, therefore more resistance and it’s for mat work outs). The ball seems small but mighty.There are no instructions, so at first it’s pretty confusing but I suggest to watch the video in the description.The quality is superb. I’m so glad I didn’t get the knock off version and got the original.I did my first work out and I loved it.My aim is to tone up for summer so I shall write back with results after 3 months. I have a good feeling.

I tried to save money by buying a similar product like this but it wasn't giving me the resistance I needed to get a good workout. This Pvolve equipment does the trick. If you have the Pvolve program, don't bother buying the cheaper exercise equipment that looks the same.

I was really wanting to love this, there is a limited 7 day membership that comes with it to see how to use it with pvolve. There’s not a whole lot of different moves. It is nice to have the straps on both ankles so it’s easy to switch sides easily which I don’t think other knockoffs have. The quality is great and I trust using this without getting hurt.

i had a cheaper but similar set up as this but the p.volve system is much better quality and i prefer using it. the quality components and real resistance make all the difference. definitely a fun way to get some bodyweight/stretching in.

Pricey but really nice well made equipment. Super helpful for toning and strength training.

This is a very well constructed piece of equipment. The straps and the wraps are quite sturdy and the weighted ball is weightier than expected. Essential to get some resistance training in. Your mileage may vary as far as the workout, but the equipment is solid.

This is a relatively expensive piece of home equipment that arrived dirty (the ball portion), the carbingers didn't open, the packing materials were torn up, and it is going in the trash. Worse Amazon item I have ever received, and it gives P.Volve bad name.

Wanted something fresh for home workouts and this grabbed my attention. Out of the box it’s a neat setup. Comes with two resistance bands of different lengths. Took it for a spin and it hits everything: legs, glutes, core, arms. Been using it a few weeks and I’m feeling tighter already, moves are smooth and the resistance feels just right. Quality’s top notch, straps stay put. Only thing is figuring out all the moves took a minute, the videos online helped. For the price it’s a great buy, versatile and effective, loving it so far.
