DVR is not working and CP plus tech support is not reachable
While I got the products on time but the installer said the cables were of poor quality. We got new cables locally.For last 2 months - the attached screen is what we get. While we asked local installer to check he confirms the DVR had gone kaput. I have tried reaching CP plus tech plus but they are not responsive and I only hear music.I have asked the local installer to install a new one as it is necessary and been without CCTV for more than 2 months & couldn't continue with the risk.I guess the products given in the bulk are of bad quality...hence, pls avoid particularly CP plus. The only reason I went with them as they are Made in India...but for the quality aspect I think it's better we stick to Chinese.

Cam problem
The media could not be loaded. I got 8 bullet cams with all assessories on 08/10/24, fixed it as per direction. All cams were working as promised, I was very happy.But on 20/11/2024 one of the cam started malfunctioning. Hope the rest functions.Will the supplier give any assistance /replace the camera or I have to procure a new one?If I have to purchase one, what would be the cost.

All 8 cameras , 8 CH DVR and works well. reasonable price
All 8 cameras works well. reasonable price. Not the regular hard disk. they sent Laptop hard disk but the HDD they sent is working with the DVR. Indoor CCTV 70 m cable 1 roll only they will provide.From outside shop I bought external 90M 3 rolls CCTV wires to complete the installation.
