It comes in a log only. You have to do the slicing yourself. It's not hard.

Q: so my delivery arrived it was 19.7 degrees core, meat products should be more chilled around six degrees or less, so would this be safe

It was very chilled upon arrival, no complaints. The rest of my family now buy this product
