So far so good. Overall seems like a good buy. Will have to update back in a few weeks time.

Painful and not in a good way!
No matter how I position it, it causes stinging shocks to my stomach. I have repositioned it, changed the adhesive pads, used lowest settings and cycled through the modes. 100% would NOT recommend.

Not a belt
This is a sticker not a wrap around belt. Returned item as it doesn’t stay on or get strong enough to contract muscle. Weak.

Burn spot
I used this three times. The last time I felt pain on the lower left ab. I removed the piece and sure enough there was a burn. A very painful burn. I followed all of the instructions to the T. But still had problems. The sticky pads stopped being sticky after the last time. You can’t really sit bc they will peel off. Oh and if you have any stretch marks it will be super sensitive. So I took them off the love handles. Very disappointing bc I really thought it would work. Especially bc I started feeling the soreness you get after doing crunches
