I’m leaving my original review at the base of this post just as a reference point for how a company with integrity handles product defects. I have to say it is rare to find a company that will step up and replace a product that is past warranty just to make sure a customer is satisfied. I cannot say enough about how good I feel about my purchase and my experience. As I explained in my original review, I loved this battery pack. It did great things, and I was really disappointed that it died when it died, but after posting my review, I received an email and offered to replace the charger. I had purchased six months prior and I am so grateful is that there are still companies in the world that value their reputation and also value the integrity of the products they put out. In a world that seems to value quick and temporary over quality and craftsmanship. I have nothing but high praise and deep thanks. I would highly recommend buying this battery. It served me well and now will continue to serve me well for months to come.. as someone who lives on very very fixed income, to find a charger that is both affordable and reliable feels like a big win… but an inexpensive and reliable charger… It is a rare rare thing to find.What can I say? Is it terrible? No, Does it charge everything? Yeah. Does it take forever to recharge? You bet. Is it heavy? Gods yes, it’s heavy. Did I love it despite its flaws? Mostly. Actually, to be fair it was way better than my last one, but it still pisses me off that I threw it on the charger. It got to 100%. I tossed it in my bag like I normally do so I would have it with me since I knew I had a long day ahead of me, but sadly when I went to plug my phone into it no life to be found. Tried everything to get it to reboot. Tried everything to get it to turn on. It’s just dead, dead dead dead six months to the day after purchasing it so I guess slightly less than six months of actually using it but within reason now I know, you might say you got six months out of it and it was only 30 bucks but if you’re poor like me and you can’t afford to replace these kind of things every six months it’s a real bummer now I’m without mobile charging capabilities and can’t afford another one. I don’t expect a lot, but it would be cool if it had lasted at least a year. So if you can afford to replace your portable batteries every six months then this is the one for you because it’s pretty reliable at the start I guess maybe I had expectations that were a little bit too high..

This is an excellent battery bank! I haven't run it empty yet because it can (theoretically) fully recharge my phone 10 times before it needs to be recharged. I use it with my phone, tablet, Bluetooth speakers, portable guitar amplifier and it still has plenty of juice left. It's the same height and width as my Motorola Moto G and about 4 times thicker. The small light is good for illuminating the ground in front of you if you drop your keys, or lighting up the lock on a door. Keep in mind that it takes a while to recharge the deeper you drain it. A 2amp (10 watt) wall cube will take forever to fully charge. Actually about 25+ hours. It's also noticeably heavy too! Safety toe footwear highly recommended!😎

The media could not be loaded. These are awesome!!! This is the 4th one I’ve bought. I’ve got one for my wife, both daughters, and myself. They fast charge with either usb-A or C you can charge 3 devices at once. You can also charge this with almost any cord you have. It takes lightning, micro and usb-C. It will fast charge with USB-C. I believe fast charging takes about 10-12 hours where normal charge takes 18-24. I don’t time it but it takes a while. I just set it and forget it but fast charging overnight gets it ready for the next day! This thing is great for long car rides, school trips, after school activities when your kids forget to charge their phones, camping, just getting you through the day when your phone battery is getting weak. It doesn’t have to be charged daily. I could charge my phone 4-5 times easily on it and it’s an iPhone pro max. It will also charge my iPad several times. It does pretty good with a Nintendo switch if it’s fast charging too. There is an indicator on the display that tells you it’s fast charging or not and what percentage of battery is left. It is pretty durable I’ve dropped mine many times and it’s held together pretty well. I’ve tried to cushion as many falls as possible with my foot as I can but it’s still hit the floor plenty. I love that this has a strap to carry it. I didn’t think I would like it at first but I actually do. I’ve had other batteries this size that didn’t have a strap and because of the size they have some weight to them and they can be slick and you accidentally drop them. The handle prevents this and it’s good and durable. I did have an inner lining on my handle separate but it was almost like a cover on the inside of the handle that came off. More for decoration than function. The handle was never compromised and it hasn’t happened on any of the other 3 I bought. Mine was the first one I bought so maybe it was just an early run or a fluke but I’m not going to take away for it since it didn’t affect the use at all. I just cut that pice off and now you would never even notice anything even came off of it. It still looks normal. I forget there is even a light on this thing. It’s not very bright but it’s nice if you don’t have a light and need one but don’t expect miracles from it. You’re not buying it for a light. It just helps insert the cord on your device or find something in a pinch. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a portable battery.My one watch out would be for anyone flying. I believe there are limits to the size of battery you can take on a plane and I do believe this is above that limit. I don’t think they check the size but they could check and not allow you to take it. It would not be fun to have to throw this out or not be allowed on the plane because you have your portable battery with you.
