Excellent product quality price, arrived in perfect condition.
I really liked that it has a high quality in resolution and colors, an M.2 and in general it looks like new, without any signs of use or wear, except for the battery which is at 70% of its useful life.

Works perfectly
After a month testing it, I can assure that this unit is working flawlessly. It is an absolute steal for the price. I even managed to run Skyrim on it. It arrived fairly quickly, and no issues encountered so far. Would definitely recommend it!

Camera not working
Laptop camera did not work since I received. I contacted Amazon to open the repair or return but the Seller did not answer. So, I tried the Asurion extended warranty and they say that warranty can't apply for this failure.Both services are not really acceptable (Seller and Asurion).I hope Amazon can do something to fulfill what they promised in terms of guarantees for both partners. In the mean time, I won't recommend to buy any Electronics at Amazon but if you don't believe my review, take the risk and try it if you want.

Good design.
Very nice and premium design. Very fast performance too and a nice bright and crisp display. The listing said this model didn't come with a webcam but it does so they need to fix the description. Overall a 9/10 for me.

Great value for a top tier laptop
An equivalent current laptop from Dell is $1500 plus. And that's for something with the same specs/features as this 3 year old renewed which was like new. After I booted up it immediately gave the option to upgrade to windows 11 which I did. I changed out the 256 gb SSD to a 1 gb Crucial SSD which cost $45 here on Amazon. That brought the total cost to less than $250. This thing is fast
