Love the results
This was my first time using resincrete. I brought this bag as my test bag and I love the results. I'm not sure about the value I'm getting for the amount I paid though. I'm not the best with mold measuring so I can be wrong about the value but the entire bag yielded 6 small castings and one mini frog casting which unfortunately did not work out. I'm going to prime them and paint them with acrylic and see if that works. There aren't too many videos out there about painting resincrete only tinting. But I'm going to cast these for a kid gathering where I'll need about 20 small castings for them to paint so I need to make sure it can be done. Either way I love it.

It's fun to use, but a bit pricey for what you get
This picture is visual reference for how much you can do with 1,000grams bag of eco resin. Most projects require 200+ grams of resin, so you can only make a few things before you run out. The 3,000grams for $35 is the better deal if you can afford it, but $20 for 1,000grams is ridiculous, esp if you just wanted to try it out (like me).The work window is very tiny, and sometimes you need that whole window just to get everything to mix. Tip: pour the water in your mixer first, then the powder. Otherwise you'll take forever getting everything to mix. It does dry really fast, which is nice. It has as a concrete/ plaster texture and fragility to all things made, so you'll definitely want to get a clear sealer to put over everything when done. If you can afford it, get the 3,000 gram bag, It's the better deal and you can make more things for your money than the 1,000 gram bag. Also, you can use alcohol inks with it, it just takes a loooot. You can also use mica powder, which doesn't take allot, but you are mixing it with a white powder (so take art class in mind and think and know that "if I mix a dark pink mica powder into white powder, it's going to be light pink."). I'm mentioning this because the back of the bag claims you can't use these things and can only use their brand of pigments, which is a lie.

Turns too thick too fast to use
This works great. Very easy to use! I tried the competitor and came back to ResinCrete because it's just so much easier to use.

Hard to color
I watched YouTube to find coloring methods and I have wasted a lot of mica, pigment etc. These colors practically disappear in the resincrete. However, that’s not the reason for 4 stars. It’s a little frustrating to have to weigh everything instead of looking at ratios, however I am pleased with the product overall.I’m still learning how it works.

This stuff is Awesome
I absolutely love it! It’s very easy to work with and results in a great final product. So long as you start with a clear open work area (because you will need to move things around as you go) follow directions, and work quickly, you will finish with a great item.Pros:*30 minute demold is legit. The only problem you might have is if there are tiny thin side details, they have a tendency to break off so leaving those in the mold longer would be best.*Bubbles are Not a problem. The mixture is thin, like water, so it really fills all those tiny details.*It stamps very well with ink. Can be sanded and painted as well.*It has a very different feel than resin. It’s very sturdy and substantial, more like a ceramic, and heavy.*Tiny little details and the spaces around lettering/numbers, no problem! Fills them all in with practically no bubble-gaps in the letters. (See pic for reference.)*Customer service is On Point! I also ordered the 10pk colorants made specifically for ResinCrete and one of the jars kept clogging and wasn’t usable. Within 24 hrs of contacting their customer service, there’s an entire replacement 10pk box in the mail.Cons:*Getting consistent color is nearly impossible from batch to batch. Make 3 batches, add same amount of color, get 3 somewhat different shades.*Hope you like Pastel. The base product is white and you are limited on how much colorant you can add before you risk curing issues, so everything will be a pastel shade.*If you do not mix the color in very thoroughly, the area of the product that touches the mold will cure darker than the rest. This could be an added bonus if that’s the look you are going for.*Don’t waste your time or money adding Mica to this product or to the molds before pouring it. The Mica dulls out completely when mixed in and putting it on the molds is useless because it just wipes off once demolded.*Getting the measurements down for how much you need to make to fill your molds is tricky and if you have to pour in different batches, there’s the risk of bubbles at the joining lines, not to mention the color matching issue previously stated. There’s no time to blend the lines when you pour the second batch because the first will have set a bit already.Overall, I’m completely thrilled with this product and the company.

The best!
If I were stranded on a small desert island with only one ecoresin, it would be this one. It mixes the best, colors the best, pours the best and has the best finish in my opinion. I haven’t tried all of them, but several. This is my go to.
