Great quality and value
This is exactly what I wanted for my stained wood ceiling. The black color looks great, they were simple to install, and they kick out way more light than the bulbs they replaced. 5/5 for the first day.

Good luck getting the springs to stay on.
After about 4 hours it is hanging half on. The light itself is great. Light weight. But the tensioners are not connected in any meaningful way. The tab is in the coil to hold it. But when the wire compresses the coil opens and the light falls off. Still not sure where one of them is , it shot across the room somewhere.If you look at the pic you can see what I mean about the spring. Maybe it will work for you. Good luck.

Exactly what you would expect for the price paid!
Quality is great considering the affordable price, all aspects work as intended, and I personally didn't have trouble with the springs falling off.Best part is it appears to dimmer very smoothly throughout the entire range when connected to a Tapo dimmer switch. No significant flickering at any percentage.All in all, I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Nice light great price adjust screw is a pain lol !
Great price -awesome light - if you have to adjust the spring diameter from 6 inches to 5 inches - be sure you have a gooooood tiny Phillips head screw driver - man getting those things to budge was like trying to lift Thor’s hammer and having all kinds of unworthiness - that’s my only complaint wich isn’t really a complaint it’s more like me just whining because I didn’t have my coffee during the install - great light easy install would def it again bought a different light same company the adjustment screws were much easier - could have something to do with the swivel action - who knows I’m no engineer- just remember when adjusting- the screw might be rough to budge don’t let that stop you that from buying it - it kinda pops right in !

Great product, ingenious
Ingenious product, great quality. As noted, the tiny Phillips head screws that only need to adjusted for 5" cans are very tight. You'd tempted to use equally small screwdrivers, but you need the torque of a longer handled screwdriver, then the screws can be easily adjusted.

Easy to install.
These can lights were very easy to install in my existing fixtures. It took about 5 minutes each and I was done. My old can lights were hardwired and the new ones come with a bulb base so I just cut that base off and hardwired these new lights
