Great pencil nice thick core and nice smooth and dark highly recommended

Quality above its price point
There are a lot of cheap-but-nasty pencils out there - and there are the premium brands which are almost all very nice but pricey. These Apsara are one of the few nice-but-cheap pencils I've found. Nice feel in the hand, good paint finish (the blue end and the light grey band a nice touch) and sharpens well. The lead is of a slightly wider diameter than a "standard" pencil and it is difficult to pin the hardness accurately - I think around a B to 2B in UK hardness. For the grade, holds a point well. If you like something a bit softer and blacker than HB, these are well worth a look. Delivery from India was pretty quick and painless.
