SAMSUNG WA44A3405AP 4.4 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with ActiveWave(TM) Agitator and Active WaterJet in Platinum

I bought this washer as a set with dryer. It would never complete its cycle when it was time for it to spin. It would immediately go to a Ur Code (Unbalanced) so we would have to remove clothes to try to balance it out and at one point we removed everything and it still became unbalanced. We called Samsung and they said they would send someone out two months from when I called for $600. I unplugged it and took it to an appliance repair store in a neighboring town and was told they make the worst washers on the market & that they could replace every part & it would still do it. I wanted to return it but Samsung would not except “Used” appliances, I couldn’t even get it to complete a cycle one time. The matching dryer is awesome but I will never buy another Samsung appliance. They need to stick to making phones & televisions.

It was $850 when I bought this in 2021. Suddenly stopped supplying water in 2024, called Samsung I was told it’s out of warranty, they only offer 1year warranty for their washer (1yr really for spending over $800 on an equipment?). Called a technician he said the parts was like $300 plus labor I will be looking at mid $400. ( that’s like half the price it cost me to buy the washer) and the part guarantee is only 30days. It was the electronic control module that was messed up and not supplying water. Even though the Water jet when you press it supplies water but during wash cycle it will not supply water.My take… if I can cough out $800 for a gadget, it should be able to serve me for at least 5 years (even my iPhone does better). I only got to use it for less than 3 years and it packed up

Bought this washer and dryer combo, and have had nothing but problems. First a door malfunction and then water wont properly drain. Buying a new washer tomorrow. Never a samsung product ever again.
