I suffer from a heel injury. These eliminate the pain and are very comfortable. They hold up well and don't slip around. The only problem is the thickness. They are too thick for my shoes, but fit great in most of my boots. If they were thinner I don't think they would alleviate the pain. The price is great. I recommend them for boots as long as they aren't too snug.

I have revived some old New Balance shoes with these inserts. My feet feel like they are getting a massage when I walk. My feet actually tingle after wearing my NB shoes. I will need more for my other shoes.

The worst soles I've ever used. My dog got the soles out of my work boots so I needed a pair. Bought these and after using them, I can confidently say, id rather wear my boots with no soles than use these. They have bubbles in them that are just uncomfortable. I tore these soles out and I'm using nothing, that's how bad these are.

I needed to replace the insole to my work Birkenstocks and I didn’t want to pay their price for insoles that take a while to break in and don’t last that long. My feet hurt like hell. I cook for a living and stand all day. I would give these insoles a 4 if they were double the thickness. They are comfortable. But for 20 bucks they will be dead in less than 2 months. The pockets of foam are very comfy but I can feel the bottom of the birki under my toes. It’s not comfortable for 8 hours. The arch support is low but that doesn’t bother me. The size 8 fit perfectly in my shoe right from the box. Maybe next time I’ll pay 40 and purchase 2 pairs and see if that is the magic trick.

It’s like walking on a cloud

I really wanted to like these and the reviews seemed pretty mixed. I thought it had to be human error and with a big Disney trip coming up I was hoping for more comfort. I swapped them into my shoes and just walked around pet store then over to the book store and some kids clothes shopping school. Before the day was out my feet were killing me and this was just normal daily waking. It wasn’t extreme at all. I had to remove them cause my feet felt horrible. I ended up spending the money on some nice walking shoes for Disney. These were definitely not the solution for me! They were accurate size wise but I wouldn’t personally recommend them.
