Three weeks later, and I’m a happy camper
I’m normally a side/stomach sleeper and was constantly waking up at night and waking up with a sore neck.I bought this about three weeks ago, and could instantly feel the difference of support between my regular pillow and this one.It did take about a week to get used to the new pillow, figuring out which side was more comfortable, and figure out how I could side sleep/stomach sleep with it.In week two, I noticed a was sleeping more soundly, not waking as often, and the neck pain was nearly gone. I was also sleep on my back more.Now in week three, I’ve woken up in the mornings without any neck pain, I did wake up once during the night, but I felt like the quality of sleep was better.The pillow does fit in a standard size pillow case, but it will slip out if the pillow case is open-ended (this may also be a “me” problem as I move through out the night, so I’m not docking the rating).

Magic!
I suffer from neck and shoulder pain. I thought I would need a new mattress but after reading the reviews I decided to try this pillow first and I am so glad I did. Works like magic! lol seriously the first morning after using this pillow I was like a new woman. I am a side sleeper so I used the lower side as instructed. The higher side of the pillow is for back sleepers. I would highly recommend this pillow if you wake up with neck and/or shoulder pain in the morning. The cover has a zipper so you can easily remove and wash it. It also fits in a standard size pillow case.

Side sleeper pillow
I have noticed a positive change in my sleep and the way I feel when I wake up. This pillow relieves pain in the neck and shoulder if you’re a side sleeper.

Great Comfort and Softness!
I recently purchased the Neck Pillow Cervical Memory Foam, and I’m really happy with it! The pillow is incredibly soft and provides excellent comfort, making it perfect for a good night’s sleep. Adequate but not something special
I tried this out for a couple weeks. I couldn’t figure out which side I’m supposed to put my neck on. I guess it would be good for a stomach sleeper? I ended up giving it to my son. And I got a different one for myself.

Great pillow...totally worth it
I love this pillow. I have tossed and turned and woke up with neck pain in the past. I don't know what took me so long to find this pillow! I am sleeping better with no neck pain!
