Great product at great price. Easy and effortless process

I've ordered SIM cards from this company before and never had a problem activating them, but perhaps because I have ordered so many times and T-Mobile would prefer people who sign up to their overpriced monthly plans, I don't know...but this time the SIM card was not activated because I was told my phone was only partially compatible. But it's the same phone I've been using for the past SIM card activations & there were no issues. So beware, you may eventually have a problem if you buy these SIM cards instead of signing up for T-Mobile's regular plans. Of course, if their plans were not so overpriced, people wouldn't need to do it this way & go through 3rd party vendors. Maybe take a page out of Mint Mobile's page and create AFFORDABLE unlimited monthly plans.

Delivery was in two days even though I didn't have Prime. Activation was simple and within 2 hours I had it activated. Great product and seller.

Worked as described, you must email to activate sim in advance.

After the first attempt at try to activate my phone,I was sent and email 24 hours later saying my phone wasn't compatible and I needed a US sum card. Then I tried to do a live chat for assistant and the only reply I kept getting after every question was "Sure". So I tried to activate it again, 24 hours later I received another email stating it was a message from the seller and to login into my amazon account. After logging in, it told me to log back on the the website to schedule an "activation date" Then I was told sent another email said wait 24hours later and I will be sent a number in a separate email and I never received the email, new number or the phone wasn't activated. Do not waste you money or time!!!

No good it's not T-Mobile correct product worthless item

We needed a SIM card for our trip to the USA. Buying one in our own country was more expensive than letting a card ship from the USA. Had some difficulty setting up the hotspot but the costumer service is easy to reach through email. I got a quick reply and we were good to go. Already recommended this company for family who will be traveling soon after us.
