This is the razor you are looking for. ;)
Love this! Has a great design that any Star Wars fan would love! Also is a very functional shaver. Close shave, charged fully in an hour. I need to charge it about once a week. Does not irritate the skin. Makes a light buzzing noise (it’s an electric razor, of course it makes noise). Had it for a year and works well! Can easily buy replacement blades or screens that just pop into the razor shell). Highly recommend! Although price is a little high, it is worth it as a gift for your male Star Wars fan!

Better than Remington F5-5800
This is or was Panasonic’s “entry level” cheap electric razor. I used a Remington F5-5800 for a year and wanted something better in the same price range. How does it compare with a Panasonic Arc 3? The Panasonic is better. It shaves better and cleaning and recharging are equivalent. Replacement foils and blades cost twice as much, but the difference is worth it to me. That’s my opinion after using the Arc 3 for five months. The Remington shaves almost as close but it’s harder on your face and you can cut yourself, which I’ve never done with the Panasonic. So why do I give the Panasonic four stars instead of five? Several online merchants had it marked down on sale for the 2024 Christmas shopping season. Amazon had the best price, I paid $79.99 for mine. Panasonic USA had it marked down on sale too, and now they are out of stock. To me this means the Arc 3 is a discontinued model. Panasonic will sell foils and blades as long as enough people buy them. And how long will that be? So I’m taking off one star for uncertain future.

Shaves close, keeps on going.
After dealing with a couple others and being disappointed in various ways, this was a pleasant change. "It just works" sounds simple, and ought to be, but it fits. I've used this electric shaver for some time now and I am still impressed with it. If it's not as close as blade, it's not far off. And it just keeps on going.

Good Shaver
I did not buy this for the hair trimming attachments and have never used them. This was formally a Canadian sold model. Panasonic seemingly abandoned the US market with new models, this is now sold in the US. If you like the size of the older 2 head Panasonics Arc3, this is the same size and function (I don't consider that trimmer on the foil head a real shaver). The battery level indicator is kind of useless. I used trial and error and I recharge after 7 shaves. The replacement is WES9068PC for blades and WES9013PC for foil and blade set.

Another outstanding Panasonic shaver
Update (07/30/2024): Had to knock two stars off my original 05/2023 review below. The pop up trimmer head on my Panasonic no longer cuts properly which means that not only is there no standard sideburn trimming anymore but the trimmer attachments are now not useful either. Very surprised to see this partial failure of what appeared to be yet another really solidly built Panasonic shaver (the brand I have used exclusively for a couple of decades). I give this shaver a full soapy cleaning once every week and ensure that it is reasonably dry when put away. Disappointed. My nine-year old Panasonic Arc3 Shaver (model ES8103S) was no longer quite as effective given the age of the blades (yep, I was still using the original blades). I would have simply purchased replacement blades, however, the LCD battery level indicator was no longer functioning properly (moisture had finally breached the interior of the shaver and partially shorted out the display). Additionally, the power socket had accumulated electrical crust and was a bit wonky when a recharge was needed. So I decided to get a new shaver and, like my previous two, this was going to be a Panasonic since this is the only brand that works with my face (I've tried Braun, Remington, and Norelco and none of them give me as close a shave without irritation). This LL41K model is yet another superb Panasonic Arc3 type shaver. While this shaver lacks the pivoting head of my previous Arc3, I've found that this makes no difference at all to the closeness of the shave or the maneuverability of the shaver around my face. The motor on this model is very quiet particularly in comparison to my previous Arc3 which got significantly louder as it got older.I recently tried out one of the trimmer attachments (dialed up to 7mm) on my sideburns and it worked very well indeed. The pop-up trimmer itself is much better than the one on my previous Arc3. That one popped up but could easily be folded back again. This one is much stiffer and requires you to use the pop-up slider button to both open and close it. I prefer this because, once open, the trimmer will stay open and not flop shut accidentally. The trimmer attachments are a really nice bonus. Finally, the power display on this unit is fairly basic but has everything you actually need (a battery recharge required indicator and a low battery charging indicator when plugged in and recharging). Unlike my previous Arc3, there is no remaining battery life % indicator. That being said, when the unit is within one or two shaves from empty, the battery recharge required indicator will light up and you'll hear a couple of beeps when you turn the shaver off. For me, this is perfectly fine - I don't need to know the exact battery life % remaining; it suffices to simply let me know when I need to plug it in for a recharge. Speaking of which, it took two full weeks (shaving every day) before I had to charge the shaver again and it was fully recharged in one hour. While this shaver lacks some of the fancier features found on the more expensive Panasonics (including my previous Arc3), I found that it has everything I actually need: the excellent Arc3 style cutting blades, 13,000 CPM linear motor, super long battery life, a simple but functional recharge indicator, and fast recharging. The trimmer attachments are a really nice bonus. You can certainly pay more for fancier features but you are unlikely to get a better shave or better performance than you get with this model. And, if it's like my previous two Panasonic shavers, I expect it to last for somewhere between 5 and 10 years.

Great razor with a couple drawbacks
After a blade chipped on the Panasonic ES-LT41-K Arc3 that I had owned for roughly ten years, I had to replace it. After all, keeping one's fur groomed is crucial for any cool cat. After a quick look around, this appeared to be its "successor", so I gave it a shot.Hugely happy with the razor's overall function. It provides a very clean shave, and feels reasonably good on my face in both wet and dry conditions. It's a one-button machine, so it's easy to use, and it's just as quiet as the previous model. Keep in mind that, like the previous model, this cannot be used while charging. The primary reason I dropped my rating to four stars is that, unlike the previous model, there is no indicator of how much battery is left. There is a "low battery" indicator, but I don't like to run my battery dead before charging it. While on the other model, I could see it being at 90%, 80%, whatever—with this one, I cannot.Overall, a great razor, just with a couple quirks that keep it from being 5-star quality.
