standard sata interface
hard drive packed up, after two months of use. very noisey and takes for ever to load games. not worth the money

Be aware....
The label stuck on the outside - and the description say its a V5 version of this model.BUT...when plugged in - and using tools it comes up as a V4.After the last drive failed in the RAID I discovered that so called "NEW" drives from Amazon - were in some way not new (possibly recertified) and didn't carry the normal seagate multi year warranty. I have had 3 so called new drives fail in less than 2 years on a RAID of 8 drives.
