This is a great deal for 2 bottles. Easy to open, would keep up from reaching of kids, and to get the capsules out. No bad smell and doesn't leave a yucky taste in your mouth. The capsules are normal size for this kind of product. Easy to swallow too. I haven't been wanting to snack all day like before and that is great. I have been taking them with a meal and haven't had any bad side effects. They haven't caused me to have a upset stomach at all. I wanted to try these cause of it helping with appetite being less for cravings and that it helps with improving my energy levels. I'm glad to have something that fits with what I need so less supplements I have to take. So far I have felt the difference with my energy which also helps me to get things done then relax for bed with out any jitters like other things do for energy. I'm very happy to have my cravings lowered and not be hungry all day.

I was hesitant when I found this product. The last time I used a weight loss drug many many years ago, it had way too many stimulants in it and caused heart palpitations and jitteriness. I wish I could remember what ingredient was in it that could have caused that reaction, but I cannot. At any rate, I was at an impasse with my current weight loss and wanted to try something to help curb cravings. The nutrition label is pretty straightforward. It has green tea extract and caffeine, which would help with the energy. It says one dose is equivalent to 65mg or less than a cup of coffee. I drink quite a bit of caffeine in my daily routine, including black tea, coffee, and soda. There's apple cider vinegar, kelp, and grapefruit, which would help with the appetite. There's also acai fruit and garcinia cambogia. I am only unfamiliar with garcinia cambogia. A quick internet search states that garcinia cambogia is actually a plant native to Southeast Asia and India that looks like a small pumpkin. This product was made in an FDA-inspected facility, but should not be confused with actually being approved by the FDA. I am not convinced that this pill alone would cause the kind of physical transformation in the man that went from flabby to jacked that the one picture is showing. I have taken a few of these pills, and there is no jitteriness so far. I am also feeling slightly less hungry. I am not opposed yet to at least finishing off this bottle. I might purchase another if it continues to work in the long term. The ingredient list is simple enough, I wouldn't have an issue recommending this product to family.
