User-friendly, a great value for the price, and exceptionally convenient, especially for those averse to the task of ironing. The EliteEco is a great steamer that saves time and works as an excellent replacement to a standard ironing. I have used it on a variety of fabrics and clothing and it works great on everything especially, curtains, and bed linen. It heats up quickly, and produces enough steam, the high heat minimizes the time needed to get all the wrinkles! I am able to reduce the amount of items I bring to the dry cleaners, which is a great cost savings for me, as well.

Firstly the stand is very flimsy and not sturdy at all so moves and shakes a lot when trying to use it and secondly it is not 2000w as the steaming function is not that great. Bought it as it was cheap but it’s a waste of money.My advice DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Zero star option should be theVery very bad quality hose and wire too stiff to iron keep coming out when water is hot .bad quality,I would rate Zero for the quality and in return policy they say unable to pick up from given address

At first I was excited to use but when I used it the cord are super loose and the steamer are coming out and and the stand are to short and not specific to the description on this post. I’m not recommending this product anymore

I just use and The pipe melted from the steam
